If you need to change or cancel an order placed with Lumoraofficial, contact us as soon as possible.

Requesting a Cancellation

Send your request to support@lumoraofficial.us and include your order number.

We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request if the order has not yet entered fulfillment or shipped.

Orders Already in Fulfillment

Once an order has entered fulfillment, been transferred to a fulfillment partner, or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request an eligible return after the order is delivered in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Approved Cancellations

If a paid order is successfully cancelled before fulfillment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payment providers and financial institutions may require additional processing time before the credit appears on your account.
